We are delighted that you have chosen to inquire about our Early Childhood Development Program. We thank you for allowing us to assist you in the development of the young minds in your family. For our schedule of tuition and fees, please refer to the respective tuition and fees page.
For enrollment, please follow this course of action:
1. All students must have birthdays on or before September 1st.
2. We will accept partially potty-trained 2 year olds. All other students must be completely potty-trained.
3. Registration – To register your child for Firm Foundation Child Enrichment Center or Faith Academy, you must download and complete a registration form and submit it along with the registration fee.
If there is a waiting list for the class, you will need to follow the enrollment procedures and you will be notified as soon as a space is available. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once the registration form has been completed and submitted to the admissions office, fees have been paid, and you have received notification, the following forms must be downloaded, completed, and submitted before your child can begin:
- Medication Form - Complete form only if student has to take prescription medication (We do not administer over-the-counter medication).
- Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate
